Our Services

At New Hope, our primary goal is to provide our clients with a variety of behavioral health and substance use services with such angelic gracefulness borne out of the spirit of the Gospel that both pardons and empowers our clients to work hard to achieve their goals. We simply journey together with you through the process from sowing to harvest. We are hopeful that our person-centered and evidence based services will ensure healing, growth, and quality of life become a reality in your life. 

Behavioral Health and Substance Use Services

1. Individual, Couple & Family Counseling:

Counseling is tailored to the needs of the individual, couple, or family after a comprehensive assessment.

2. Intensive Home-Based Treatments:

An intensive, time-limited behavioral health service for youth with serious emotional disabilities & their families, provided in the home, school & community where the youth lives, with the goals of stabilizing behavioral health concerns & safely maintaining the youth in least restrictive, most normative environment. Services includes initial and ongoing assessment and safety planning, home and community-based individual and family counseling, community psychiatric supportive treatment services, intensive interventions and case management services, crisis stabilization, advocacy and education, and referral for psychiatric assessment and treatment services.

3. Transitional Services and Supports (TSS)

TSS is designed to provide family stability support for the youth, caregiver, and family after a time of transition.  TSS is used to help the family overcome functional limitations identified because of the youth’s behavior, as well as understanding and transitioning to long term solutions for behavioral challenges.

4. CPST Services:

Address the individualized mental health needs of the client in order for the individual to succeed in the community. The services are focused on the individual’s ability to identify and access needed services, improvement in school, work, or family, and integrate/ contribute positively in clients own community or environment. CPST activities includes ongoing assessment of needs, assistance in achieving personal independence in managing basic needs, and facilitation of further development of daily living skills.

5. Mental Health And SUD Assessment

The first step in receiving services and it is used to justify treatments and appropriate level of care which may include referral to inpatient psychiatric facilities, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, case management, individual or family counseling, CPST, groups, etc.

6. Mental Health and SUD Case Management

Both mental health and substance use case management services offered to people living with severe and persistent mental illness and other issues. Our qualified case managers also provide new immigrant settlement support and assistance services.

7. Peer Recovery Services:

Peers assist clients in their journey of recovery and help them access treatment resources and services including referrals to appropriate level of care. Peers have overcome substance use disorders in their own lives and can share insights and relate with clients through a shared experience.

8. In-Home Senior Therapeutic Services:

Coping with end-of-life issues, spiritual care and mental health counseling, caregiver supports, community integration and inclusion, crisis stabilization, service coordination, advocacy and education.

9. Group Therapy

We offer groups for youth and adults for mental health and substance use. Research shows that group setting therapy not only empowers others to be heard but can also offer insight into your personal situation by listening to others share their experiences. Benefits include promoting community support, cost effectiveness, and empowerment through the sharing.

10. Intensive Outpatient Program

IOP is designed for clients stepping down from PHP, but continue to need the support and structure of treatment. It is suitable for clients who need more intensive treatment than what is offered in outpatient care. Clients attend group therapy three times a week.

11. Partial Hospitalization Program

PHP cares for clients who may be transitioning from inpatient care. It is more intensive treatment designed to help prevent the need for hospitalization. It is group therapy intensive as clients attend group therapy five days a week
