Transitional Services and Supports (TSS)

TSS is designed to provide family stability support for the youth, caregiver, and family after a time of transition.

TSS is used to help the family overcome functional limitations identified because of the youth’s behavior, as well as understanding and transitioning to long term solutions for behavioral challenges.
